A Look Back at Some of Our First Semester Achievements

The past quarter turned into a true celebration of talent and the will to win at our school. From the sports fields to the classrooms, our students proved that discipline and preparation are the keys to top results. Here is a detailed overview of our most notable achievements.

Sporting Achievements

The sports season kicked off with the Private Schools' Football Tournament, held on November 5th and 6th. Three of our representative teams took part. The youngest players left the strongest impression – the 1st and 2nd grade boys, who, after a series of closely fought matches, secured an honorable second place. Among the older students, in the 3rd-4th grade category, our school was represented by two teams, which finished fifth and sixth respectively.

On November 18th and 20th, the municipal stage of the School Games in basketball took place. Our competitors showed excellent preparation:

Boys, grades 5-7: In fiercely contested competition, our team of 10 athletes earned the silver medal.

Boys, grades 8-10: Our 9 representatives showed a high level of skill and also finished in the prestigious second place.

December was volleyball month. From December 9th to 11th, our teams dominated the court:

Our boys' and girls' teams (grades 8-10) left their opponents no chance and took first place in their categories.

The girls' team (grades 5-7) won second place, while the boys from the same age group added to the trophy collection with a bronze medal.

Mathematical Achievements

Alongside the sporting battles, our students also tested their skills in mathematics competitions across the country.

Sofia Mathematics Tournament

On November 8th, a record 79 students from our school took part in a mathematics tournament. The fierce competition in Sofia didn't stop our talented students from standing out with three bronze medals and three certificates of merit for high scores.

Mathematics Olympiad

On December 6th, the young mathematicians faced their most important test – the Municipal Round of the National Olympiad. Of 45 participants, 12 students achieved a result that secured them a place in the Regional Round on February 8th. This is an outstanding recognition of the children's hard work and that of their teachers.

Christmas Mathematics Competition

We closed out the year with mass participation in the Christmas Competition on December 13th. A total of 82 students decided to put their knowledge to the test. The results were impressive:

1 silver medal

15 certificates for outstanding performance

We are proud of every single student! These results are the fruit of hours of training and problem-solving. Thank you to the parents for their support and to the teachers for their dedication!
